To open and maintain an account on bit339, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bit339 does not accept registrations from persons under 21, irrespective of the legal gambling age in your specific jurisdiction.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) bit339 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether in the same name, mobile number, payment method, IP address, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (03XX format), and a valid email address. bit339 reserves the right to request supporting identity documents — such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or utility bill — at any stage to verify the information you have provided. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bit339 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. bit339 cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.

You must notify bit339 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bit339 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account during the review process to prevent further unauthorised activity.

You agree to keep all account information current and accurate at all times. If your registered Pakistani mobile number changes, you must update it in your account settings promptly, as it is used for 2FA verification and withdrawal confirmation. bit339 accepts no responsibility for delays or losses caused by outdated contact information.

• You must not use your bit339 account for any unlawful purpose.
• You must not attempt to access another user's account by any means.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the bit339 platform.
• You must not misrepresent your identity or age at any time.
• You must not conduct any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.

bit339 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via a range of locally supported payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits are credited to your bit339 wallet balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider. bit339 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may be adjusted by bit339 from time to time. Players who have completed advanced KYC verification may be eligible for higher deposit limits.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24–72 hours on business days. Requests submitted during public holidays in Pakistan may take slightly longer. bit339 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• You may only withdraw funds that have been legitimately deposited and are not subject to active bonus wagering requirements.

• Chargebacks or reversal of deposit transactions are treated as a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Funds in your bit339 wallet do not earn interest.

bit339 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions tied to events such as PSL seasons and international cricket tours. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all bit339 promotions:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "playthrough") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the promotion page.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack or roulette may contribute at a lower rate (e.g. 10–20%). Live dealer games may contribute 0% towards bonus wagering on certain promotions.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bet: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements are pending, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is Rs. 500 unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your bit339 account at any given time. You may not stack or combine bonuses unless a promotion explicitly permits it.

All bets placed on bit339 — whether on casino games, slots, live dealer tables, cricket matches, PSL fixtures, UFC events, or any other sporting market — are final once confirmed. bit339 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.

Sports betting: Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. bit339 reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest pricing errors. In-play (live) bets are subject to the same rules; however, bit339 may suspend in-play markets without notice in response to significant developments within a match.

Casino and slot games: All casino games on bit339 are operated by licensed game providers using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are statistically independent between rounds. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available on the individual game information pages. bit339 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Maximum payouts: bit339 applies a maximum single-transaction payout limit of Rs. 10,000,000 (PKR 1 crore) per day across all products unless otherwise stated. Winnings exceeding this threshold in a single day will be paid out in instalments according to a schedule agreed with the player.

• Bets placed after the commencement of an event through a technical error on the platform will be voided.
• Abandoned or postponed sporting events will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the bit339 sportsbook help page.
• bit339 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion, including for individual accounts identified as high-frequency or professional bettors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bit339. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game on bit339.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences between bit339 and other operators to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets or interact with casino games without genuine human input.
• Money laundering: Using bit339 accounts to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring their origin. bit339 cooperates fully with financial crime investigations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet after funds have been deposited to bit339.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to access bit339 systems beyond your authorised account, reverse-engineer game software, or interfere with other users' sessions.
• Minor access: Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your bit339 account in any way.

bit339 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines — or reasonably suspects — that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or a responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing obligations require bit339 to restrict access to certain users or jurisdictions.

Where an account is closed by bit339 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request — and no breach has occurred — the remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5–10 business days.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bit339 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bit339 content without prior written consent.
• Use bit339 branding, logos, or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any bit339 software or game systems.
• Create derivative works based on any bit339 content.

Any unauthorised use of bit339 intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action in addition to immediate account closure.

The bit339 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bit339 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical defects at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bit339 and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or gaming winnings arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues — including network outages affecting Jazz, Zong, or other Pakistani telecom providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use bit339.
• Any losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Any delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, or banking system outages.

bit339's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bit339 account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them or from your use of the bit339 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bit339 holds its international gaming licence. By using bit339, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation.
